- Install, configure, and maintain workstations and essential business software (Windows and open‑source environments).
- Perform routine troubleshooting for hardware, network, and connectivity issues.

- Support CCTV, access control, and smart/IoT devices when required.
- Work closely with the IT Manager to implement improvements, adopt open technologies, and streamline operations.
Requirements
