Job Overview:

We are seeking a proactive and technically skilled IT Support Specialist. This role is responsible for providing comprehensive technical solutions to support internal teams, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations and high user satisfaction. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills, with a team-oriented mindset.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide effective and comprehensive technical support to resolve user issues, minimizing recurrence and maximizing productivity.
  • Oversee and manage IT equipment including laptops, audiovisual devices, and mobile devices. This includes hardware patching, compliance, and ensuring equipment meets internal standards.
  • Proactively prevent planned and unplanned outages to minimize system disruptions.
  • Contribute to a reliable technical environment by identifying and recommending upgrades or replacements for outdated technologies.
  • Provide general audiovisual (AV) and IT support for internal events and meetings.
  • Support initiatives related to cloud strategies by promoting adoption of productivity tools such as Google Workspace.
  • Assist with IT support for onboarding activities, including provisioning of equipment and configuring software/hardware.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Infrastructure, Groupware, Security, etc.) to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
