Job Summary:

  • Flexible hours available
  • No experience required for this role
  • Expected salary: $2,600 - $3,500 per month

Our company is working closely with a Prestigious Public Listed organisation in Singapore. Due to our expanding projects, we are looking for IT Support Specialists to join our project team. The role involves maintaining, upgrading, and managing our in-house system development software, hardware, and networks.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform 1st level technical support, including troubleshooting and maintenance of computer systems, servers, switches, routers, printers, network storage systems, and related hardware
  • Monitor system application and hardware health status
  • Provide helpdesk support
  • Perform maintenance tasks on systems regularly
  • Ensure proper documentation, notification, escalation, and tracking of incidents
  • Perform any other ad-hoc tasks as assigned

Requirements:

  • Nitec/Higher Nitec/Diploma/Degree in IT-related disciplines or Electronics/Aerospace Engineering with IT knowledge
  • No experience necessary. Graduates with a passion for IT are welcome.
  • Self-motivated, disciplined, and service-oriented
  • Independent, committed, and eager to learn
  • Able to start immediately or on short notice is an advantage
