A leading company in Singapore seeks a dynamic IT support professional to manage corporate websites, assist users, and maintain IT systems. The ideal candidate will possess a Diploma in Information Technology, exhibit troubleshooting abilities, and be adept at using various software tools. Responsibilities include user support, vendor management, and project assistance in a collaborative environment.
To provide knowledge and skills for the growth of the company's business units and to assist the company in achieving the goal they have set through IT technology (e.g. systems, end-user support, etc.). Lastly, provide technical expertise for IT administration and IT office operations.
Maintain and manage the corporate websites to ensure they are online and running smoothly.
Conducting regular system audits.
Responding to user inquiries, diagnosing, and troubleshooting hardware and software issues. Remote support in assisting users remotely via phone, email, or remote desktop tools to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
Provide business application support (ERP, TMS, TMS Mobile, WMS and HRMS, FMS, FHO, Microsoft 365, Endpoint Security, and Backup).
User account management managing users' accounts, permission, and access rights on various IT systems and applications.
Vendor management involves liaising with vendors to resolve issues, logging, tracking, and executing tasks to completion to ensure quality and on-time delivery.
Assist in project planning and implementation.
In charge of IT inventory keeping records up to date (IT equipment, sign-out form, return of equipment form, receipt of company mobile form, and service reports)
Provide IT orientation for new joining staff.
Conduct training and education for end-users.
Documentation
Performs other IT duties as assigned.
Requirements :
Diploma in Information Technology.
Fresh Graduate or 1-year related experience.
Website development platforms
Adobe Photoshop
Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)

Hardware and Software Troubleshooting Skills
Basic Networking
