Job description

Responsibilities:

  • Provide general IT support services in a serviced office environment with mostly multi-national clients.
  • Handle IT support needs of local internal teams
  • Provide quotation to clients based on their request, coordinate with local IT vendors
  • Manage L1 & L2 Tickets
  • Maintain local IT Inventory

Primary Technical Skills

  • Experience with Cisco LAN support/troubleshooting.
  • Experience with Microsoft Windows, Mac and/or Linux desktop operating systems in a network.
  • Knowledge in MS Office suite, Apple and Android smart devices support.

Qualifications

Ideally, the individual must possess at least three of the following qualifications:

  • Higher Diploma in Computing or Bachelor Degree in Science or above
  • At least 2-3 years experience in front line IT support in a multi-national company.
  • Current Microsoft Certified Software Engineer (MCSE) accreditation
  • Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) accreditation

  • Excellent technical problem-solving and analytical ability
  • Pro-active, able to anticipate and tackle potential issues
  • Service oriented business approach
  • Ability to deal with global business users at all levels
