Job summary

Vous serez responsable de l'installation et de la mise à jour des logiciels sur les ordinateurs, tout en travaillant principalement la nuit pour minimiser l'impact sur les opérations commerciales. • Surveiller et tester des équipements après installation.

Schedule: 3 to 4 days a week (12am to 4am)

The role as IT Support Service is a 6-month project to handle software installation, updating, commissioning and de-commissioning PC equipment - may be assigned in various locations Islandwide.

Position Responsibilities:

• Handle software installation, updating, upgrading and inspecting Desktops and Laptops for the usability and lifespan extension.
Monitor arising faults or issues after installation and perform testing whether equipment is compatible to upgraded / update software

Position Requirements:

• Technical Course or Diploma in Computer or any IT related field. Non-IT related graduates may be considered provided with sufficient knowledge.
• Base knowledge in various IT related products such as Cyber security, Network Security, Infrastructure and Systems.
Work schedule is strictly 12 midnight to 4am with 3 to 4 days a week (mostly on weekend to avoid high volume production of the business)
