Responsibilities

• Provide frontline operational support, which includes explaining filing requirements and documents needed for applications.
• Process high-volume online applications efficiently and effectively within timelines.
• Liaise with internal stakeholders to provide support services for users.
• Manage day-to-day system requests, liaise with technical support specialist to resolve issues raised from internal or external stakeholders.
• Participate in projects to improve existing workflows and update SOPs.

Note: This role will be in shifts as follows:

• 8am - 1pm
• 8am - 4pm
• 4pm - 12am
• 12am - 8am

Transport/Night shift allowances may be granted on specific shifts.
