Job summary

A healthcare technology company based in Singapore is seeking an IT Support Specialist. The role involves driving IT project campaigns, providing helpdesk support, and maintaining IT inventory. Candidates should have at least a Diploma in Computer Science/IT and possess knowledge in PC support, Windows OS, and basic SQL and Python. Strong interpersonal skills are essential for this position.

Job description

  • Assist in driving new campaigns for IT Projects
  • Assist in designing posters, creating short videos, and developing content for marketing print flyers, website and social media platforms like Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and Google
  • Support day-to-day IT helpdesk ticket support, hardware setups and software applications troubleshooting of IT-related problems for clinics, system upgrades, software installations, and software updates
  • Assist in the administration of email user accounts, permissions, and access rights, including POS accounts
  • To set up new PCs and Microsoft Office applications and ensure users could log in to the company network.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date IT inventory records, including equipment and software licenses
  • Provide IT support to local and remote users (Hardware/ Software/ Network), and maintenance of small local server
  • Any other duties assigned by your Superior.

Requirement


  • Minimum Diploma in Computer Science/Information Technology or other IT-related discipline. Work location is in-person from Monday to Friday.
  • Possess knowledge of PC, desktop & laptop including IT helpdesk support
  • Basic knowledge of Windows Server Administration, SQL, Python
  • Good interpersonal skills and a team player, able to solve problems independently by doing research.
  • Can work independently and as part of a team
  • Experience in Windows Operating System (e.g. Windows 10/11 and server OS)
  • Basic understanding of HTML and website maintenance
