Job description

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day basic IT support and services for various IT requests, such as those related to internet connection, printer, phone, computer hardware etc.
• Manage IT Assets, software licenses, IT budget and expenditure
• Review and enforce IT security policies and procedures, to improve security control, workflow and productivity of IT operations
• Negotiate IT contracts and procurement of IT services, telecommunication, hardware, software and consumables
• Manage project implementation for group of companies, taking ownership of a project or assisting the project manager to coordinate with different stakeholders, ensuring smooth completion of projects
• Data analyzation reports
• Other ad-hoc duties

Qualifications

• Diploma in Computer Science/IT Technology Information or related fields
• Minimum at least 1-year relevant experience in IT Support / technical support
• Must be resourceful, and possess good negotiating skills
• Good team player with good interpersonal and communication skills
• Familiarity with Windows, Microsoft Office
