A staffing agency in Singapore is seeking an IT Support Specialist to provide onsite technical support for hardware, networks, and software. The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience and strong knowledge of Windows OS. Responsibilities include configuring equipment, maintaining IT assets, and liaising with vendors. Qualifications

• Min 2 years of relevant IT Support experience supporting a large customer base.
• Good knowledge of Windows OS and basic knowledge of systems and servers.
• Experience in managing computer hardware such as laptops, PC, etc.
• Proactive and meticulous attention to details.
• Knowledge of ITIL and ITSM.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily onsite IT support on hardware, networks and software to ensure timely resolution of customer issues.
• Configuration of equipment to connect to corporate network and domain.
• Ensure tasks performed are updated via ticketing system or team lead.
• Provide training to users regarding the use of system and applications when needed.
• Assist to maintain and keep track of IT assets for assigning to user and disposals.
• Liaise with vendors on repair and maintenance of IT related equipment.
• Deliver Windows deployment and migration projects.
