An established industry player is seeking an IT Support Specialist to join their dynamic team. This role involves providing top-notch L1 and L2 support to end users across Southeast Asia, resolving technical issues, and assisting with IT projects. Job Highlights:
12-months (Renewable) Contract
Up to $4,000/month + 1-month Completion Bonus

Job Responsibilities:
Act as a primary contact for IT Client Services and provide L1 & L2 support to end users across SEA.
Resolve Level 2 issues via ServiceNow; escalate Level 3 incidents to global support teams.
Provide onsite/remote support, including device setup, troubleshooting, and break-fix services.
Support email configuration on mobile devices (iOS/Android) and manage Cisco IP phone replacements.
Assist with IT projects, tech rollouts, and annual PC refresh deployments.
Handle onboarding/offboarding processes, asset management, and procurement coordination.
Conduct IT orientation for new hires and configure network printers.
Hardware Deployment & Asset Management (Disposal of old and defective equipment)
Replace faulty or lost Cisco IP Phones in Singapore.
Support IT projects and the deployment of new technologies and applications in Singapore.
Assist with IT procurement tasks, including managing software and hardware requests for Singapore.
Repair, replace, and reimage IT equipment as needed.
Set up new network printers and resolve printer-related issues.
Job Requirements:
Minimum 3 year of relevant experience in IT operations and support, or IT helpdesk role.
Familiar with IT infrastructure components, including hardware (desktops, laptops, servers, network devices) and software (operating systems, applications, network protocols).
Experience with setting up PCs (desktops and laptops) from initial setup to deployment.
Proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving IT issues, particularly related to hardware, software, and network connectivity.
Experience with IT ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow) and remote support tools.
Knowledge of Microsoft 365 environment and Microsoft Windows Operating Systems (Windows 11)
