JOB SCOPE

-Perform on-site installations, configurations, and upgrades to Windows 11 on client machines.
-Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to the Windows 11 upgrade process.
-Ensure all systems are compliant with company policies and security standards.
-Provide technical support and training to end-users on new features and functionalities of Windows 11.
-Collaborate with the IT team to develop and implement upgrade strategies and schedules.
-Maintain accurate documentation of upgrade processes, configurations, and support activities.
-Monitor and report on the progress of the upgrade project, addressing any delays or issues promptly
-Assist in the testing and validation of applications and hardware compatibility with Windows 11
