IT Support Engineer (Onsite | No Exp Req)

Our Client:

• IT Service Provider

• Monday - Friday, 8.30am - 6pm

• Roaming Role - Required to travel island wide daily (Transportation cost will be reimbursed)

• Basic UP $3000 + Completion Bonus

• 1 Year Contract Renewable

Responsibilities:

• Provide IT hardware support on desktops, laptops for end users and corporate customers.

• Update customers on service appointment and service status until closure of the service incidents.

• Ensure proper parts handling and movement within the team during transit to customers.

• Support and troubleshoot which includes diagnosis of hardware and software failures or problems.

• Install operating systems, firmware, and BIOS.

• Handle and resolve assigned cases through the ticketing system.

• Work closely with dispatchers, leads, and supervisors to ensure all jobs are completed and closed timely.

• Attend new product training via web-based training.

Requirements:

• Minimum Nitec in IT or related studies.

• No experience required; training will be provided.

• Willing to travel island wide daily (roaming role); transport costs shall be reimbursed.
