Job Title: IT Support Engineer (On-Site – School Environment)

Working Hours: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM or 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (depending on site arrangements)

Job Overview:

We are seeking a motivated, tech-savvy individual to join our team as an IT Support Engineer, providing on-site technical assistance to schools. This role is perfect for fresh graduates or individuals eager to launch their careers in IT. You will be instrumental in supporting the daily operations of IT systems within a school environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide on-site IT troubleshooting and support for school staff and students.

  • Set up and maintain desktops, laptops, tablets, printers, AV equipment, and other IT assets.

  • Install, update, and troubleshoot commonly used software (e.g., Microsoft Office, antivirus tools, educational apps).

  • Safely handle and transport mobile IT equipment carts/ trolley (up to 100kg).

  • Perform additional on-site tasks and support as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Education: Minimum NITEC / Higher NITEC in Information Technology or related discipline.

  • Language: Good command of English to effectively communicate with school personnel and vendors.

  • Strong interest in IT with basic knowledge of hardware and software troubleshooting.

  • Willing to work across different school locations (when needed)

  • Comfortable working in a school environment, including around students and teachers.
