TYPE: 1 Year direct Contract (renewable)

An excellent IT Support Engineer (Desktop) opportunity has just arisen at a cutting-edge tech brand in a growing market, offering a chance to work with an experienced team in a well-established organisation.

Job Purpose:

Deliver responsive and reliable tech support to ensure smooth daily operations for all users.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide timely technical support to users across various software, hardware, and network issues.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues on desktops, laptops, and client applications.

  • Track and update service requests, ensuring clear communication with users and teams.

  • Support account setups, password resets, and system access for new and existing staff.

  • Assist with IT asset tracking, equipment replacement, and project rollouts or upgrades.

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma or Higher Nitec in IT, Computer Science, or a related technical discipline

  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office and basic troubleshooting of common tools.

  • Some understanding of networks and servers is a plus but not essential.

  • Strong communication skills, with a proactive and problem-solving mindset.

The successful IT Support Specialist (Desktop) must possess a solid foundation in IT systems, strong troubleshooting abilities, and a service-oriented attitude.
