An established industry player is seeking a proactive IT Technical Support Specialist to implement and manage Application Allow Listing while ensuring the security of IT assets. Job Responsibilities:
Implement and manage Application Allow Listing (AAL).
Identify, analyze, and remediate malware threats.
Ensure proper tagging and tracking of IT assets.
Facilitate smooth operational transitions to local IT.
Contribute to long-term support planning for cybersecurity activities (0.2 FTE).
Troubleshoot and resolve IT technical issues.
Maintain high-quality service delivery and consistent service reliability.
Collaborate with Fab Operations and other teams.
Train new support employees, consultants, and temporary staff.
Proven IT technical support experience.
Knowledge of AAL, malware remediation, and asset tagging.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proactive, self-motivated, and focused on continuous improvement.
Efficient handling of requests and incidents.
Proficiency in IT operating Systems (Windows, Linux), software applications, and hardware components
Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently
Expertise in handling incidents during tool deployments and configurations, ensuring prompt resolution of unforeseen issues
Successful deployment of tools and reliable local IT support.

Education / Experience Requirements
Diploma in IT, Network Engineering, or related field
4-5 years in technical support or related IT field
Customer service in a manufacturing environment
IT systems deployment (Carbon Black CB, Baramundi, BeyondTrust)
Direct working support experience in clean-room environment will be added advantage
