The role involves troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues while ensuring excellent customer service. Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in technical support.
  • Ability to troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.
  • Experience working with Android mobile devices.

Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support for desktops, laptops, peripherals, and accessories.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues in a timely manner.
  • Handle incident management, ensuring proper logging, tracking, and closure.
  • Prepare reports and maintain documentation of issues, solutions, and processes.
  • Support and manage Android mobile devices as required.
  • Collaborate with end-users and stakeholders to deliver excellent customer service.

Skills

Strong communication and interpersonal skills
