IT industry
Provide Deskside IT support for end-user devices, office equipment, and peripherals.
Proficient in Microsoft Windows and Office Suite.
Familiar with ITIL practices, especially incident, change, and configuration management.
Requirements:
At least 1 year of experience in end-user support.
Experienced working in multinational environments is preferred.
12-month contract, subject to renewal.
