Job description

Responsibilities

  1. Provide regular scheduled and ad hoc support for IT infrastructure and user desktop applications.
  2. Troubleshoot, monitor, and report on critical problems to the client, Team Lead, or Service Delivery Manager until they are resolved.
  3. Maintain and troubleshoot internal IT infrastructure including PC procurement and setup.
  4. Utilize technical and communication skills to resolve onsite trouble tickets and end user support issues efficiently, with a focus on customer service.
  5. Support and participate in other ad-hoc company initiatives, assignments, and projects.

Qualifications

  1. Diploma/Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology preferred.
  2. At least 3 years of experience in IT helpdesk/ticketing system or technical support role, supporting MNC preferred. Some experience in networking setup and support is a definite advantage.
  3. Pro-active, customer-focused, and comfortable dealing with end users directly.
  4. Good communication and interpersonal skills, able to describe issues clearly to end users and client management, and report on results effectively.
  5. Comfortable working in a team or individually.
  6. Proficiency in English.
  7. Immediate availability will be an advantage.

Computer Skills

  1. Client system Microsoft certification.
  2. Windows 10/11 MCP/MCITP, MCTS/MCDST, MCSA/MCSE highly desirable.
  3. Office 365 environment.
  4. VC support experience on Cisco WebEx / Zooms / Logitech / Jabra / Polycom, etc.
  5. Working knowledge of Microsoft services (AD, DNS, DHCP, WSUS, GPO).
