JOB DESCRIPTION
Reporting to the Human Resource & Officer Manager of the Singapore office and the IT Manager at our Head Office in Italy, you will support the daily IT operations of the Singapore office and assist in IT initiatives across the Asia region. The role includes providing technical support, maintaining systems and documentation, and participating in digital transformation and AI-related projects. The role requires strong coordination with global IT teams and a proactive approach to building scalable, secure, and future-ready IT systems.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Mainly but not limited to:
- Act as the first point of contact for local IT issues, providing technical support for hardware, software, connectivity, and user accounts
- Lead and coordinate daily IT operations in Singapore, ensuring smooth infrastructure and system performance
- Manage help desk activities and support ticket resolution, escalating issues when necessary
- Oversee IT asset lifecycle, including procurement, licensing, inventory, and vendor liaison
- Maintain and update IT documentation such as SOPs, asset registers, and user guides
- Monitor systems and network performance; conduct routine maintenance and basic troubleshooting
- Implement and support cybersecurity measures in alignment with Head Office IT policies
- Collaborate with the global IT team in Italy to ensure consistency in standards, tools, and system architecture
- Support technology transformation projects, including AI and automation initiatives
- Prepare IT-related reports and perform other administrative or ad hoc tasks as directed by the HR & Admin team or Head Office IT
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
- Diploma or degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related field
- Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience preferred
- Internship or project experience in IT operations or digital transformation is advantageous

SKILLS/ COMPETENCIES
- Proven ability to provide hands-on IT support for hardware, software, and network-related issues in a business environment.
- Working knowledge of help desk systems, asset management, and IT documentation practices.
- A good understanding of basic cybersecurity protocols, with the ability to identify and escalate incidents when necessary.
- Familiarity with system administration, infrastructure monitoring, and basic troubleshooting of devices and networks.
- Strong communication and coordination skills to collaborate effectively with local teams and global IT counterparts.
- A proactive attitude toward learning and supporting digital tools, with interest in AI adoption and technology transformation.
- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and a high level of accountability in managing day-to-day IT operations.
