Job description

Our client is an IT Support firm located near Tanjong Pagar MRT Station. Successful candidate will work on providing support to users, configuring systems for onboarding/offboarding, coordinating with overseas HQ IT, managing tickets, and updating IT assets.

Responsibilities:

• Provide timely assistance to users, addressing and resolving their IT-related issues or requests efficiently.
• Configure IT systems and record necessary information for new employee onboarding.
• Liaise with overseas headquarters' IT teams to escalate and resolve issues.
• Create and manage support tickets, ensuring accurate documentation of reported issues and resolutions.
• Update records and maintain an inventory of IT assets, including hardware, software licenses, and peripherals.

Requirements:

• Excellent command of English, both verbal and written.
• Proven experience in IT support roles.
• Familiarity with IT systems, including hardware, software, networks, and peripherals.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
