MCC Engineering, a leading firm in Singapore, is seeking an IT Technical Support Specialist to provide comprehensive Level 1 to 3 technical support services. The role involves managing IT systems, configuring devices, and ensuring efficient operation of IT infrastructure, requiring a strong background in computer science and technical troubleshooting.
Job Responsibilities:
· Provide Level 1 to 3 remote and on-site IT technical support, diagnosing and resolving user issues efficiently.
· Set up, configure, and maintain computers, software, and peripherals for new and existing users.
· Manage and maintain IT systems and infrastructure including firewalls, servers, network devices, NAS, CCTV, AV systems, access control systems, and industry-specific applications.
· Coordinate with vendors for IT equipment and software repair, maintenance, and technical support.
· Maintain and update IT asset inventory to ensure accurate tracking of resources.
· Support deployment of IT systems in new projects and contribute to technical solution assessments aligned with business needs.
· Create and update IT documentation and user guides to enhance support efficiency and knowledge sharing.
Job Requirements:
· Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
· Minimum 3–5 years of experience in IT technical support or system administration.
· Proficient in IT troubleshooting, system setup, upgrading, and maintenance.
· Strong knowledge of Windows Server and related services such as Active Directory, DNS, GPO, and DHCP.
· Experience with Linux OS, VMware, or DevOps tools is an added advantage.
· Excellent problem-solving skills with a responsible and service-oriented mindset.
· Fluent in both Mandarin and English, with the ability to work effectively in a bilingual environment.
· Familiarity with IT applications in the construction or engineering industry is a plus.
