• Basic salary up $3000 +VB

• East area (Kaki Bukit)

Job Responsibilities:

• Work closely with the IT Coordinator to ensure seamless execution of on-site activities and resolve operational issues.

• Perform checks and verification on IT peripherals at customer sites, identifying and reporting faults.

• Maintain accurate records of equipment status, including serial numbers.

• Report any discrepancies or damages in returned equipment.

• Pack and prepare returned IT equipment for delivery back to the main office.

• Ensure compliance with IT security and data handling policies during all tasks.

• Assist in logistics coordination, including transportation arrangements for equipment.

• Supervise and provide guidance to part-timers and interns in daily operations.

Requirements:

• Nitec in Information Technology or equivalent.

• Basic knowledge of IT hardware (fresh graduates or candidates with minimal experience are welcome).

• Independent, detail-oriented, and able to work under minimal supervision.

• Strong communication skills and ability to engage effectively with users.

• Willingness to travel to various sites across Singapore based on deployment schedules
