A Singapore-based company is seeking a temporary IT Support Assistant to aid in upgrading their systems to Windows 11. This 3-month role requires onsite support, hardware upgrades, and documentation. Candidates should possess at least a Diploma or Higher NITEC in IT and have experience with PC troubleshooting. The salary ranges from $2,500 to $3,500 based on experience, and applicants must be Singaporeans or PRs.
We are looking for a temporary IT Support Assistant for our office upgrade of our systems to Windows 11.
This role is for 3 months starting immediately. Only Singaporeans or PRs need apply. Only Shortlisted candidates will be notified. Please read the job scope carefully. Salary is between $2,500-$3,500 depending on experiences.
Job Scope and Responsibilities:
Onsite IT support
Hardware upgrade
Documentation
Assist IT manager with Windows 11 upgrade project
Ensure IT security (availability, integrity and confidentiality)
Other administrative duties as required by IT Manager
Qualifications:
Diploma / Higher NITEC (IT Related)
Requirements:
Basic PC troubleshooting
Great at documentation
Visio/Draw.io skills
Effective communicator
Responsive and independent
Experience with installing Windows from scratch
Able to work with people at all levels and occasionally outside office hours
