IT Support and Implementation Specialist
- Implementation: Lead on-site and remote installation and configuration of software for clients. Manage the end-to-end implementation process, from client onboarding to successful deployment of IT solutions. Ensure proper setup of systems, devices, and security protocols. Coordinate with clients for training sessions and provide post-implementation support.
- IT Support (On-site & Remote): Provide hands-on support at client locations, troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, respond to support requests, and maintain detailed logs. Act as the primary contact for clients, ensuring timely resolution and high customer satisfaction. Conduct follow-ups to address ongoing issues.
- Documentation and Reporting: Record client interactions, issues, and resolutions. Prepare reports for internal and client use.
- Strong troubleshooting skills for hardware and software issues.
- Ability to manage multiple projects independently.
- Familiarity with support ticketing systems and remote troubleshooting tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic understanding of cloud solutions, server management, and networking protocols.
