As we expand our operations and modernize our business processes, we’re looking for an enthusiastic IT Support Admin to join our growing team. If you enjoy problem-solving, enabling smooth operations, and want to be part of a legacy brand with a modern twist, we’d love to meet you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Retail & POS Support: Administer and maintain the company’s POS systems across multiple outlets; coordinate with retail staff and external vendors for troubleshooting and enhancements.

  • Networking & IT Infrastructure: Oversee and maintain basic IT infrastructure including internet connectivity, devices, and software across both HQ and retail locations.

  • IT Helpdesk Role: Act as the go-to support for internal and outlet staff on IT-related issues; escalate and coordinate with vendors when necessary.

  • Marketing Tech Support: Provide IT assistance for marketing campaigns

  • Operational Platform Assistance: Support administrative tasks involving government/venue platforms such as submission of permits, LEW endorsements, floor plans, and employee passes.

  • Cross-functional Support: Provide assistance for ad-hoc IT or marketing initiatives as required by different departments.

Requirements

  • Basic knowledge of IT systems, hardware, software, and networks (retail or POS experience is a bonus)

  • Comfortable working with vendors and internal users across different functions

  • Organized, hands-on, and a good communicator

  • Familiar with tools such as Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and basic networking concepts

  • Prior experience in retail or F&B industry will be a plus

  • Diploma in Information Technology or equivalent will be a plus (optional)
