Job summary
A local IT solutions provider in Singapore is seeking a dedicated IT Support Technician to install and configure computer systems. Responsibilities include troubleshooting hardware and software issues, providing service desk support, and managing various technical requests. Ideal candidates will possess a Higher Nitec in IT and have strong knowledge of Active Directory. A proactive, team-oriented attitude and the ability to adapt quickly to a dynamic environment are essential. This position offers a vibrant work atmosphere.

Higher Nitec in IT/Computer Science
- Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues with software or hardware.
- Work experience in an IT environment supporting desktops, laptops, peripherals, and printers
- Work experience in a service/help desk setting
- Proficient in applying tablet, desktop, Server Operating Systems, and all Microsoft applications
- Possession of advanced knowledge of Wireless technologies and LAN
- Possession of advanced knowledge of all Laptop hardware and Desktop types
- Strong knowledge of Active Directory and various technical support concepts, procedures, and practices
- Exceptional ability to work optimally in a fast-paced environment.
- Active Directory & Azure Maintenance Support (which includes Azure AD, On-Prem AD)
- Strong ability to effectively manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong listening skills to fully understand what an end user’s needs and/or requests are.

- Possess Higher Nitec in any relevant IT/ Computer Science
- Ability to perform diagnosis of technical issues
- Able to communicate well with end-users & have a strong sense of responsibility
