Job description

To provide end-user technical support with a strong emphasis on customer service, ensuring timely resolution of IT-related issues. The role also involves assisting in the setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting of audio and video (AV) systems used in meetings, presentations, and events.

  • Provide first-level IT support to end-users via in-person, phone, or email.

  • Deliver excellent customer service by resolving technical issues promptly and professionally.

  • Troubleshoot hardware and software issues on desktops, laptops, and mobile devices.

  • Set up and support audio and video equipment for meetings and events.

  • Assist in operating and maintaining AV systems, including projectors, microphones, and video conferencing tools

  • Manage IT asset issuance, tracking, and documentation.

  • Log all support activities in the ticketing system with accurate records.

  • Collaborate with IT team members and participate in user training or onboarding support.
