About our client: Our client is an EPC contractor in the Marine industry.


About the role:

  • Provide first-level technical support to end-users via email, phone, or in person, ensuring timely and professional issue resolution.
  • Manage and resolve support requests using a helpdesk/ticketing system; ensure accurate logging and timely escalation when required.
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues on desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and peripherals.
  • Monitor user activities, permissions, security alerts, and licensing within the Microsoft 365 environment.
  • Utilize System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM) to deploy software, manage updates, perform patch management, and ensure device compliance.
  • Handle user account lifecycle including creation, modification, and deactivation across various systems including Azure AD and M365.
  • Prepare IT equipment and user credentials for new hires; conduct IT induction sessions; ensure secure return and deactivation of IT assets for offboarding.
  • Develop and deliver basic IT and cybersecurity training sessions to improve user awareness and digital hygiene.
  • Conduct regular system checks, backups, updates, and monitor IT infrastructure to maintain system health and security.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date IT documentation including asset inventory, configuration records, procedures, and troubleshooting guides

About you:

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
  • Proven experience in IT support or system administration
  • Practical experience with Microsoft 365 administration and monitoring
  • Proficiency in using SCCM for software deployment and system management
  • Familiarity with IT helpdesk and ticketing systems
  • Strong troubleshooting skills across hardware, software, and networking issues

Other information:

  • Work location: West (company transport is provided in selected MRT stations)
  • Working days: 5 days
