Job description

Technical support to end-users by resolving issues related to system performance of MacBook and Windows PC.

Support for end-user mobile applications (Apple & Android) and enrollment on MDM.

System setup and re-imaging of Mac and Windows systems as needed during troubleshooting.

Ensure IT equipment (desk monitors, desktops, network devices, printers) are in good working order. For faulty hardware, contact the vendor for replacement if under warranty.

The Desktop Support Windows 7/10 Migration Technician is responsible for setting up, configuring, maintaining, and troubleshooting Windows 7 and Windows 10 operating systems and computer peripherals as needed.
