Job Description:

As an IT Support Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our office computers, providing technical support when needed, and assisting with website and e-commerce management. You will also contribute to the ongoing development of our e-commerce listings and may be required to handle SEO optimization tasks to improve online visibility.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Provide technical support for office computers, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
2. Manage and maintain the company’s WordPress website, ensuring it is secure, up-to-date, and optimized for performance.
3. Oversee and update product listings on Shopee, Lazada, and Carousell, ensuring accuracy and compliance with platform guidelines.
4. Assist with basic SEO management to optimize website content for search engines.
5. Ensure the seamless integration of e-commerce listings with the company website.
6. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to implement changes or updates as needed.
7. Assist with IT infrastructure projects, such as software upgrades or setting up new devices.

Requirements:

1. Proven experience in IT support or a similar role.
2. Strong knowledge of WordPress and website management.
3. Familiarity with e-commerce platforms such as Shopee, Lazada, and Carousell.
4. Basic understanding of SEO principles and tools.
5. Excellent troubleshooting skills and the ability to work independently.
6. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
7. Basic knowledge of web security best practices.

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Experience with e-commerce SEO strategies.
2. Experience in managing online stores or product listings.
3. Familiarity with WooCommerce or other e-commerce plugins for WordPress.
