Your role

You will be supporting the IT Manager, SEA Retail based in Singapore to support level 1 troubleshooting for retail stores and manage administrative support related to IT including purchase, inventory, repair schedule, vendor coordination. This position is on a 1 yr contract basis, subject to renewal depends on business needs.

• Co-ordinate with IT vendors for IT Equipment procurement
• Management of IT Purchase Requisition, Purchase Order, Invoices.
• Support the IT Manager in preparing hardware for new retail store roll-out and replacement.
• Maintain accuracy of IT inventory and manage repair schedule with vendor and contractors.
• Level 1 troubleshooting for Retail Stores.

Key Requirements

• Diploma or above majoring in IT
• Nice to have 2 – 3 years of IT experience. No experience candidate with IT background are welcome to apply.
• Good understanding of Network
• Advantageous to have retail industry & SAP knowledge
• Analytical, meticulous and hands-on
• Team player with good communications, able to collaborate with diverse stakeholders across cultures and functions
