Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced and driven IT Specialist to support our growing operations in Singapore. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in enterprise IT support, infrastructure management, cybersecurity, and regulatory compliance — with a preference for candidates who are familiar with blockchain/Web3 environments and MAS regulatory frameworks.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day IT helpdesk support for internal teams, including troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
- Support and maintain internal enterprise applications such as productivity tools, user access systems, and cloud-based platforms.
- Manage and monitor servers and network infrastructure, ensuring high availability, scalability, and reliability.
- Implement and oversee cybersecurity measures, including endpoint protection, network security, firewall configurations, and incident response.
- Ensure compliance with Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS) regulations, especially Technology Risk Management (TRM) guidelines and relevant IT audit requirements.
- Collaborate with global IT and security teams to align with group-wide standards and protocols.
- Maintain documentation for systems, policies, and procedures and provide input into continuous IT improvement initiatives.
- Stay current with emerging trends in blockchain/Web3 security, and contribute to internal security posture accordingly.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in IT operations, systems administration, or cybersecurity.
- Hands-on experience with helpdesk management, enterprise IT systems, and server/network administration.
- Strong working knowledge of cybersecurity tools and practices, including firewalls, VPNs, and threat detection systems.
- Familiarity with MAS TRM and other Singapore regulatory IT requirements (required).
- Experience in blockchain or Web3 environments is a strong advantage.
- Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
