Job Description
- Support in-house systems and basic database management;
- Assist IT Manager in day-to-day IT operations;
- Provide software and hardware implementation and usage support for IT product and services;
- Provide users/customers training on equipment usage;
- System Process improvement and implementation;
- Support management of IT inventory;
- Evaluate IT products and assist in IT procurement where required;
- Ensure IT Security and audit protocols are always in place;
- Work closely with IT teams worldwide in implementing global and regional initiatives, solving production issues and administrative matters.
Job Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in IT or Bachelor's Degree in Engineering / Telecommunication / Electronic or equivalent;
- At least 3 years of work experience;
- Hands-on experience in Microsoft Products is essential;
- Working experience in in-house systems support and basic database management in logistics industry is preferred;
- Experience in system implementation, project management, electronic engineering;
- Proactive team player with problem solving skills;
- Enjoys interaction with end users and is not afraid of challenges;
- Exposure to internal and external IT audit and SOX compliance will be an added advantage.
