Job summary

exyte singapore pte. ltd. is seeking an experienced professional to manage Microsoft 365 end-to-end, translating business needs into scalable technical solutions across SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, and the broader cloud ecosystem.

You will govern, design, test, document, and train users while aligning projects with IT strategy. The role involves coordinating multiple application efforts, producing governance procedures, and providing technical guidance to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science or relevant field.
• At least 5 to 10 years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Microsoft application management (M365 tool suite) end-to-end (governance, design, testing, administration, training, documentation).
• Plans and coordinates the delivery of application projects.
• Analyses business requirements, systems enhancements and changes; proposes recommendations as appropriate.
• Handle incidents of managed applications.
• Experienced with Microsoft 365 products, specifically SharePoint, OneDrive, and Teams.
• Experience producing technical documents, governance procedures, and end user guides.
• Familiarity in other Microsoft 365 tools (Power Platform, Exchange, Planner, Azure AD, Office Apps, Yammer, Forms).
• Understanding and experience in overall Cloud solutions and Cloud service management.
• Provide technical consulting and implementation expertise.
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Configure and optimize applications and environments.
• Support solution design, testing, and documentation.
• Manage technical risks and implementation challenges.
• Deliver training and technical guidance to stakeholders.
