A leading company in the electronics sector is looking for a motivated technician for on-site installation and maintenance of systems in Singapore. This entry-level role involves planning maintenance schedules, resolving issues, and providing training to customers' engineers. Ideal candidates should have a Nitec in Electronic Engineering and exhibit a customer-oriented attitude.
Job Description
1. Responsible for on-site start-up, installation, commissioning & maintenance of client’s equipment and system
2. Planning of maintenance schedule and carry out routine and corrective maintenance which include software enhancement, bug fixes, patches as per defined within SLA
3. Point of contact for client – To ensure the service and system is returned to an operational state following the processes and resolution defined within the SLA
4. Conduct training for customers' engineers and technicians
5. Support of business applications for all responsible locations
6. Support the creation of in-house software including installation, troubleshooting, and commissioning.
Job Requirements
1. Nitec / Higher Nitec in Electronic Engineering, Diploma would be a plus Entry Level/Fresh Graduate are welcome as well; Professional training will be provided.
2. Self-starter, independent with very little supervision
3. Ability to analyse and address all potential faults
4. Customer oriented
5. Good interpersonal and communication skills
6. Team player
7. Motivated and positive attitude
8. Willing to perform overtime when required
