Job description

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the planning, delivery, and maintenance of IT services including networks, servers, and security systems.
  • Manage and support the implementation of security technologies such as CCTV systems, access control, VMS, and real-time monitoring tools.
  • Ensure IT compliance with industry standards such as ISO 27001, PDPA, and relevant local regulations.
  • Drive cybersecurity strategy, monitor threats, conduct vulnerability assessments, and respond to incidents.
  • Oversee IT asset management and lifecycle planning.
  • Manage vendor relationships and service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Collaborate with operations and surveillance teams to ensure seamless technology integration.
  • Provide IT support and training to internal staff, especially frontline security personnel using tech-enabled systems.
Requirements:
  • Degree/Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in IT service management, ideally in a security, facilities management, or operations-heavy environment. Experience in a security agency is a bonus!
  • Familiarity with surveillance systems, remote access control, and cybersecurity tools (e.g., firewall, EDR, SIEM).
  • Strong understanding of ITIL or similar frameworks.
  • Good problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
Bonus Points:
  • Experience with VMS platforms, IP-based CCTV, and IoT devices.
  • IT certifications (e.g., ITIL, CompTIA Security+, CISSP).
  • Previous experience in a security agency is a plus.
