You would have spotted many of our POS machines and Self Ordering Kiosks, especially among many bubble tea chains in Singapore today!

Job Summary

Our IT Service Engineer will be responsible to assist our clients with issues encountered in their day-to-day POS operations at their respective outlets. This could range from tele-support, remote support and on-site support. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, and a strong customer-focused approach.
