IT Service Engineer

Requirements

• Higher Diploma or above in Information Technology or computer related discipline
• Have relevant information management experience for three years
• Management Internet, Firewall devices
• Computer troubleshooting
• Familiar with Windows Networking, PC hardware and commercial software
• Knowledge and experience of information security frameworks (eg ISO27001) and data privacy legislation (PDPA)

Work content

• Server room maintenance
• Provide in-house support on all IT issues
• Perform maintenance on company’s servers
• Provide support on Information security inspection and execution

• 5 days work
