Service Desk Agent
Salary: Up to $3,000 Basic (Depending on Qualifications & Relevant Experience)
Contract Duration: 1-Year Contract (Renewable)
Location: Bedok (Client’s Site)

What You'll Be Doing

  • Provide first-call resolution (FCR) technical support via phone and email

  • Troubleshoot issues related to Microsoft Outlook and other user-reported incidents

  • Escalate issues to second-level resolver groups when necessary

  • Ensure timely updates to customers and maintain ownership of each case until closure

  • Track incident progress, classify and prioritize issues, and provide regular status updates

  • Maintain clear communication with users while managing expectations professionally

  • Keep detailed and accurate records of all service desk interactions

Who We’re Looking For

  • Diploma holders or Degree holders with relevant internship experience are welcome

  • Must be confident in basic IT troubleshooting, especially Microsoft Outlook

  • Customer service-oriented, with strong communication and problem-solving skills

  • Able to commit to required working hours and shift rotations

Working Hours

Initial Schedule (Upon Joining):

  • Weekdays (Mon–Fri): 8.5 hours/day (Staggered between 7:30 AM – 7:30 PM)

  • Saturday: 7:30 AM – 2:00 PM (Off-in-lieu provided if scheduled)

Post Confirmation/Once Stable:

  • 12-hour Rotating Shifts:

    • Day: 7:30 AM – 7:30 PM

    • Night: 7:30 PM – 7:30 AM

    • 2 days work, 2 days rest (includes weekends and public holidays)

    • Shift allowances provided
