The individual will manage planning, service management processes, stakeholder relationships, and budgeting to deliver optimal IT services that support business needs.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage daily operations of the IT service delivery team.

  • Deliver region-specific and global IT services according to the service catalogue.

  • Develop and implement year plans (HR, lifecycle, budgets) to support service availability.

  • Plan and coordinate IT service activities to meet SLAs and deadlines.

  • Monitor and improve IT service management processes (e.g., incident, problem, change).

  • Identify opportunities for service improvement and innovation to increase satisfaction.

  • Coach, develop, and guide team members to strengthen skills and performance.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with business stakeholders and vendors.

  • Manage supplier contracts and implement global sourcing strategies.

  • Oversee and control the IT budget, advising on annual budget planning.
