We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented IT Security Officer to safeguard our organization's digital assets and ensure robust security protocols. The ideal candidate will bring at least 4 years of hands-on experience in information security, a proactive mindset, and a passion for building secure systems within a dynamic environment.

What You'll Do:
What the officer will be working on:
- Managesecurity vendors and deliverables.
- Manageperiodic security testing.
- Assessmitigation/remediation for adequacy and effectiveness.
- Managetimely and effective mitigation/remediation.
- Reviewsecurity reports.
- Reviewsecurity policies, standards, procedures and guidelines.
- Providecybersecurity consultancy.
- Respondto security alerts/advisories.
- Handlingincidents.
- Conductsecurity awareness training.
- Broadcastemail security advisories.
Job requirement:
- Bachelor'sdegree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or arelated field.
- Minimumof 4-7 years of experience in cybersecurity analyst or similar role.
- Strongunderstanding of network protocols, operating systems (Windows, Linux),and cloud security concepts (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Proficiencywith security tools such as vulnerability scanners, penetration testingtools, and SIEM platforms.
- Experiencewith scripting languages (e.g., Python, PowerShell) for automation.
- Familiaritywith cybersecurity frameworks and standards (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001).
- Excellentanalytical and problem-solving skills with a strong attention to detail.
- Abilityto work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strongwritten and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulatetechnical information to non-technical audiences.
- Provenability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- RequireCISSP and/or CISM certification.
What are we looking for:
- Enthusiasmfor learning and development of skills in cybersecurity.
- Stronganalytical capability.
- Understandingof the vulnerabilities listed in the Open Web Application Security Project(OWASP) Top 10.
- Understandingof incident management and handling.
- Experiencein software development or security operations is preferred.
