What the role is:
The mission of Housing & Development Board (HDB) is to provide affordable, quality housing and a great living environment where communities thrive. To achieve its mission, HDB aims to be data-driven to the core and adopt evidence-based decision making in developing better housing policies, service, improving service delivery, and optimising operations.
What you will be working on:
ICT Security Governance: Develop and implement enterprise-wide ICT security programmes, including establishing cybersecurity governance, updating security policies, managing compliance with government policies, and overseeing third-party management.
Cybersecurity Awareness Outreach: Manage and implement awareness frameworks, conduct outreach programs, and keep abreast of industry technology and skills to enhance staff cybersecurity hygiene and knowledge.
Identity & Access Management: Establish procedures for managing user accounts, privileged access, and access controls for on-premises and cloud applications.
Digital Certificate Management, Quality Audit, and Security Reviews: Perform security audits, reviews, and ensure systems are secured and reliable.
Additional responsibilities include staying updated on industry practices, emerging threats, and leading or participating in adopting new security technologies and practices.
What we are looking for:
Possess a strong background in ICT Security, with at least 1 year of relevant experience. Certifications like CISSP, CRISC, CISM, CISA, CEH are preferred. Knowledge in areas such as network security, cloud security, security governance, cryptography, incident response, and compliance is advantageous. Candidates should demonstrate good communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and the willingness to work beyond business hours when necessary. Successful candidates will be offered a 1+1 year contract.
