IT Account Manager
1–2 Years’ Experience | Enterprise IT Solutions | Client-Facing Role
We are seeking a driven and enthusiastic IT Account Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 1–2 years of experience in IT sales or account management and a passion for helping businesses achieve their technology goals. In this role, you will manage existing client accounts while actively developing new business opportunities. You will represent a portfolio of enterprise IT solutions and work closely with internal engineers to deliver customised infrastructure and system integration services.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and engage potential clients through prospecting, networking, and lead generation efforts.
Maintain regular contact with clients to ensure satisfaction, identify upselling opportunities, and strengthen partnerships.
Present and position solutions such as servers, networking, virtualisation, and cybersecurity systems to meet client needs.
Work closely with engineers to develop tailored proposals and deliver end-to-end solutions.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and foster long-term client engagement.
Requirements
Diploma or degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related discipline.
1–2 years of experience in IT sales, business development, or account management.
Basic knowledge of IT infrastructure, system integration, and enterprise solutions.
Strong interpersonal and verbal/written communication abilities.
Willingness to travel locally to attend client meetings and site visits.
