  • Identify, nurture, and close new business opportunities through lead generation, proposals, and customer engagement.
  • Act as a trusted advisor—understand client needs and recommend tailored integration solutions.
  • Prepare and present persuasive sales documents including proposals, quotations, and technical documentation.
  • Manage sales cycle end-to-end: negotiate terms, close deals, and onboard clients.
  • Collaborate closely with technical teams (pre-sales, implementation) to align solutions with client requirements.
  • Track and manage sales pipeline using CRM systems and provide regular reports and forecasts.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor offerings, and drive continuous improvement in sales strategy.
