We continuously invest in innovation and product development to become the leader in this space.We are seeking a motivated and results-driven IT Sales Executive to join our team. This entry-level role will focus on selling IT solutions to mid-enterprise customers in various regions. The ideal candidate should have a strong interest in IT sales, a willingness to learn, and the ability to build lasting relationships with clients. A strategic mindset, strong communication skills, and a curiosity about the evolving IT landscape are essential for success in this role.Key Responsibilities: Learn and Execute Sales Strategies: Assist in executing sales playbooks and strategies to target potential customers under the guidance of the sales manager. Identify New Business Opportunities: Help identify and pursue new business leads and opportunities, contributing to revenue growth. Build Relationships: Support the team in building and maintaining relationships with key decision-makers in target organizations, such as IT directors and other stakeholders. Product Presentations and Demonstrations: Assist in presenting IT solutions, including IoT, AI, computer vision, cloud services, and product engineering solutions, to clients. Understand Client Needs: Participate in discovery sessions to understand client challenges and support the team in proposing tailored solutions. Manage Sales Pipeline: Help track opportunities and maintain an organized sales pipeline to ensure steady progress through the sales cycle. Use CRM Tools: Assist in using CRM tools to manage opportunities, track progress, and forecast sales. Stay Updated on Industry Trends: Learn about emerging technologies, market trends, and competitive offerings to better position the companys solutions. Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with pre-sales, technical teams, and marketing to ensure effective communication and presentation of solutions. Support the Sales Process: Contribute to ensuring smooth sales processes and client satisfaction. Continuous Learning: Develop skills through on-the-job learning and mentorship from senior sales executives.Qualifications and Skills: Education: Masters degree in business (MBA), sales, or a related field. Strong Communication Skills: Proficient in verbal and written communication, with the ability to convey technical concepts in a clear, customer-friendly manner. Interest in IT Sales: A passion for IT solutions, with a willingness to learn about IoT, AI, cloud services, and other IT technologies. Proficiency in CRM Tools: Familiarity with CRM tools like HubSpot or willingness to learn. Self-Motivated: Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and prioritize tasks. Team Player: Willingness to collaborate with different teams and work towards common goals.
