Our Client:

Our client is a renowned Japanese IT Solutions provider. They are currently looking for an experienced IT Sales Consultant to join their team in Singapore. Proficiency in Japanese language is essential to effectively communicate with Japanese Native Stakeholders and Customers.

The Responsibilities:

  1. Conduct thorough analysis of business processes, systems, and requirements to identify opportunities for improvement.

  2. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document detailed business requirements, ensuring a clear understanding of project strategies and objectives.

  3. Perform data analysis to extract valuable insights, identify trends, and support informed decision-making.

  4. Collaborate with technical teams to ensure that solutions align with business requirements and are delivered within established timelines.

  5. Assist in change management activities, including communication, training, and support, to ensure a smooth transition during the implementation of changes.

  6. Monitor and assess the performance of implemented solutions, and recommend further optimizations as needed.

  7. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by identifying areas for enhancement and proposing innovative solutions.

  8. Understand and evaluate business functions, user requirements, specifications, and technical design documents.

  9. Closely monitor project milestones.

The Requirements:

  1. Proficiency in Japanese language is essential to effectively communicate with Japanese Native Stakeholders and Customers.

  2. At least 5 years of strong IT Sales or relevant experience.

  3. Working experience in IT Consulting or IT Security company is preferred.

  4. Business transformation & management skills/experience is a must.

  5. Good team player with great commitment and attitude.

  6. Strong analytical skills and attention to details.

  7. Knowledge in Cloud (especially Azure) is an advantage.
