Overview

We are seeking an experienced IT Risk Specialist with a strong control mindset and proven incident management capabilities. You will be responsible for identifying, assessing, and mitigating technology risks across trading platforms and infrastructure, while ensuring swift and effective response to incidents that could impact business operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead IT risk assessments across trading systems, infrastructure, and third-party platforms.
• Design and implement controls to mitigate technology and cyber risks, ensuring alignment with regulatory and internal standards.
• Manage and coordinate incident response efforts, including root cause analysis, remediation tracking, and post-incident reviews.
• Monitor risk indicators and control effectiveness, escalating issues as needed.
• Collaborate with technology, cybersecurity, compliance, and audit teams to strengthen the firm’s risk posture.
• Maintain and enhance IT risk governance frameworks, policies, and reporting tools.
• Support regulatory inquiries and internal/external audits related to IT risk and incident management.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in IT risk, audit, or incident management.
• Demonstrated experience in managing technology incidents and implementing effective controls.
• Familiarity with risk frameworks such as NIST, ISO 27001, COBIT.
• Professional certifications (e.g., CISA, CRISC, CISSP) are highly desirable.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder engagement skills.
