Qualifications

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage the company Quality Management System (QMS) ensuring its continuing suitability and effectiveness in supporting the company business and operations needs.
• Implement and maintain the quality system in compliance with the requirements and standards set by the International Organization for Standards (ISO).
• Review and maintain the company quality and procedure manuals.
• Conduct internal audits on the company Quality Management System to ensure adherence to quality standards.
• Act as the liaison officer for the Company during internal or external audits conducted by the certification body, internal auditor, or customer. Follow up with respective departments to implement necessary corrective actions after the audit.
• Implement and coordinate the vendor qualification program with Business units and procurement departments to establish a pool of reliable vendors/partners.
• Provide leadership roles in Quality functions (Customer Satisfaction/Quality System, Software Quality Engineering, Reliability Engineering, Manufacturing Quality) driving toward Quality Goals and Objectives.
• Conduct Quality Assurance (QA) awareness training to staff.
• Participate in tenders on QA specifications.
• Conduct audits on customer onboarding.
• Assist in customer audits.
• Conduct regular QA meetings and address other QA matters in Cyber BA.
• Manage the Documentation Control Center (DCC), overseeing the DCC procedures and documents.
• Be the Continuous Improvement (CI) lead to drive CI initiatives and activities, improving efficiency, quality, and value delivery through incremental improvements to systems, processes, products, or services.

Job Requirements:

• Proven experience as a quality assurance manager or relevant role.
• Certification in quality control (ISO 9000 etc.).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Great attention to detail and a results-driven approach.
• Knowledgeable in audit methodology.
• Competent report writing ability with a good command of the English language in both speaking and writing.
• Ability to work as a team and independently, with minimal guidance.
• Ability to learn new and upgrade relevant skillsets continuously.
• Strong drive and determination to achieve set goals.
