A leading company seeks a Project Manager with robust experience in budget management, team leadership, and project coordination. Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree and have proven capability in managing multiple projects effectively. The role requires strong communication skills and adaptability to new technologies.
Responsibilities:
Manage team budget during closing periods, yearly budgeting, and forecasting cycles.
Accurately allocate and manage team resources.
Oversee the internal review process for each project proposal before presenting it to customers.
Support and manage PMO checks when necessary.
Manage project team and operation team knowledge transfer or handover processes as required.
Manage relationships with business partners and vendors as needed.
Maintain and manage customer relationships when necessary.
Lead and manage team members in estimating project costs.
Escalate and report major project issues to managers promptly.
Provide daily reports to managers regarding budget status, resource allocation, and project schedules.
Conduct daily team management activities and mandatory meetings.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in any field is required.
8–10 years of experience in team leadership, budget management, schedule coordination, and resource management.
Proven experience in managing multiple projects as a Project Manager.
Strong knowledge of On-Premises, Cloud, Network, and Server environments for project cost estimation.
Excellent communication skills in English.
Ability and willingness to adapt to new technologies.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with cloud service-related software, hardware technologies, and products.
Familiarity with security service-related software, hardware technologies, and products.
Experience handling projects related to software-defined data centers or cloud service infrastructures.
Willingness to travel when assigned to projects.
